When are my exact addresses shared?
Transporters can review the public collection and delivery areas while quoting. Exact addresses and contact details are released to the awarded transporter.
Is platform access free?
Yes. Customers can request transport for free. Transporters can sign up, access the platform and submit quotes for free. Transporter service pricing is available after signup.
How do payments work?
Customers agree the freight price and payment terms directly with their chosen transporter and pay the transporter for the transport. Once a quote is accepted, the admin fee is due and payable via PayFast.
What does the monthly vehicle service package include?
The package covers platform services per truck, including vehicle inspections, return-load assistance and a rechargeable battery tracking device. The tracking device remains the property of Trans-Port. Sign up to view pricing. Terms and conditions apply.
Can the team post a load for me?
Yes. Phone or WhatsApp Trans-Port with your load requirements. Our staff can place the load on the platform so transporters can quote. You pay your chosen transporter directly for the transport.
Can I find return loads or co-loads?
Transporters can save return routes and receive in-app alerts for matching loads. Potential co-load planning uses load details and available space; customer permission, site restrictions and schedules still need checking. Combined multi-load dispatch is not yet available.
Are the route estimates truck navigation?
No. Route overviews help with initial planning. Transporters must confirm truck access, restrictions, tolls, loading time and the final delivery schedule.
